Whether to wear an UPPER or LOWER night guard is a matter of personal preference. Either will provide an effective barrier between teeth.

Often, the choice is based on your particular teeth. For instance, if your lower teeth are heavily worn down from grinding, you will get a clearer impression from your upper teeth - so you might decide on an UPPER night guard. Or, whether you have crowns or wear partials might come into play.

Happy customer for a decade!

I've been getting my tooth guards here since 2014 and just keep coming back. My dentist had changed twice in that time but I still get the same tooth guards. I love how easy it is to have them keep my mold and just send an email to order again. Definitely worth the small cost to have them save the mold. I've had SO MANY guards made off it. They send an invoice and a couple days later my tooth guard is on the way.
