Our Custom Teeth Night Guards are BPA, Latex and Phthalate Free
Tuff Brux(strong, soft and thick) Night Guard designed for moderate to heavy teeth grinding/bruxism. This Night Guard is thick and made of soft, flexible, crossed grained medical grade plastic. (Lifespan 2 - 5+ years, dependent on degree of teeth grinding or bruxism). Note: Buyer must indicate whether they are requesting an upper or a lower teeth guard.
Buyer will receive a custom teeth guard mold kit (including comprehensive instructions) via regular mail and one prepaid (U.S. only) & pre-addressed mailer (if outside of U.S. buyer is responsible for return postage to lab). Within 5 days of the lab's receipt of the teeth impression the lab will directly mail the custom fabricated Night Guard(s) and a Night Guard carrying case.

For very severe cases of bruxism / teeth grinding an upper and lower guard can be worn together. If you find yourself grinding through a custom grinding mouth guard when wearing just one then you can wear on both upper and lower teeth to reduce the friction as the two custom night guards will "skate" or glide across each other. the night guards will thus last much longer. When wearing on both the upper and lower teeth it is best to wear a 2mm custom night guard.

Wonderful Night Guard
I have been a customer since 2019'ish. I was super happy when they came out with the Tuff Brux as I clench my teeth super hard. This causes my TMJ to act up. The extra cushion on this guard allows my teeth to sink into it and not cause a flair up. Customer service is also excellent. I believe I've had only two issues in my time purchasing guards, and they've always corrected the problem immediately.
